Raphaël Fages, founder of Fractality
With a bachelor’s in management and a master’s in information systems from HEC Lausanne, Raphaël has led digital transformation projects and designed products with international teams in Europe and the United States. His thesis, in design science, focused on communication between the people involved in a digital transformation environment. Carried out within an international group specialized in mediation, present in more than 20 countries, this thesis is the origin of Fractality Studio and of its approach to strategic alignment and change management.
